1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to physical addresses within the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional fees—contact us for details). We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location (rural areas may take slightly longer). Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specified threshold (check the Site’s promotions page for current offers).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Contact the carrier directly for updates on delayed shipments.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. If books are damaged (e.g., torn covers, bent pages) due to shipping, contact us at

We will arrange a replacement or refund. - Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a claim.
7. Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Reshipping fees may apply; if we do not receive a response within 14 days, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs).
